The President of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) has announced the summer vacations for the ITAT Benches in the Delhi Zone.
Based on the request received from various Bar Associations across the country the President,ITAT has declared summer vacation for ITAT benches in line with the schedule followed by the respective Jurisdictional High Courts.

The summer vacation will be observed from 9th June to 20th June,2025 by the Benches under the Delhi Zone which include Delhi, Agra & Dehradun Circuit Bench.
The following points are to be noted:-
(i) There will be no sitting of benches during the vacation period.
(ii) For hearing stay petitions or urgent mentioning of appeals vacation bench shall be constituted by the Vice-President (DZ)
(iii) The Vice-President, Members, and the staff attached to them, including Sr. P.S./P.S. and MTS, shall continue to attend office as usual.
(iv) for judicial/ technical research, dictating pending judicial orders, human resource capacity building and attending to administrative matters etc., the vacation period shall be utilized.
(v) The Registry office shall function as usual during the vacation period.
