• Preferable experience in a Finance Controllership role, with a strong foundation in financial planning, forecasting, and accrual management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Finance team in managing and forecasting trade spends and accruals, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Assist in reconciling trade spend balances, monitoring variances, and providing insights to improve forecast accuracy and control.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Controllership, to ensure alignment on trade spend data and financial processes.
• Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing best practices to enhance financial control and efficiency.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to assist decision-making
