DGFT Enlists Chambers/Agencies in FTP 2023 for COO issuance Authorization [Read Notice]

On January 31, 2024, the Directorate General of Foreign Trade ( DGFT ) released Public Notice No. 38/2023. This notice outlines the enlistment of chambers/agencies listed in Para 2 under Appendix 2E of the Foreign Trade Policy ( FTP ) 2023. These entities have received authorization to issue Certificates of Origin (Non-Preferential).

The following four chambers /agencies are enlisted under Appendix 2E of the FTP 2023:
