The Directorate General of Foreign Trade, vide notification no. 80/2023 dated 22nd March 2024 has notified the amendment in the export policy condition of petroleum crude.

The directorate has exempted the STE export conditions for AMI ( ADNOC Marketing International (India) RSC Limited India ) and allowed them to re-export the petroleum crude from their commercial stockpile at Mangalore SPR, at their own cost rather than export through Indian Oil Corporation Limited ( IOCL )
