The Director-General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) introduced the new proforma (ANF) for filing applications for revalidation of Special Chemicals, Organisms, Materials, Equipment, and Technologies (SCOMET) export authorization.
“In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy(FTP) 2015-20, the Director-General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) hereby notifies a new ANF proforma, namely ANF 20(d), as Annexed for filing application for revalidation of SCOMET export authorization, under para 2.74 of the Handbook of Procedures (HBP) of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-20, with immediate effect,” Amit Yadav, DGFT in the Public Notice said.
The new ANF proforma, namely ANF 20(d) will facilitate the trade and industry to file applications for revalidation of SCOMET export authorization.
