The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) vide public notice number No. 27 /2023 issued on 14th August 2023 has notified the amendment in authorised agencies to issue Certificate of Origin (Non Preferential) under Appendix 2E of Foreign Trade Policy (FTP).
Exercising the authority granted by paragraph 2.04 of the 2023 FTP, the DGFT has introduced a modification to the information regarding the designated organizations authorized to issue Non-Preferential Certificate of Origin as outlined in Appendix 2E.
The entity named ‘Expo Overseas Entrepreneurs Association,’ which is included in Appendix 2E of the 2023 FTP, has undergone a change and is now referred to as the ‘Expo Overseas Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce.’ Additionally, the address and contact information for both the Expo Overseas Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce and the Gurgaon Chamber of Commerce & Industry have been revised.
