In the dynamic landscape of company and LLP work, determining your professional worth is a crucial step towards building a successful and sustainable practice. Setting the right minimum fee not only ensures fair compensation for your expertise but also establishes a standard that reflects the value you bring to your clients.

The Committee for Members in Practice (CMP) of  Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) serves as a valuable resource for professionals seeking guidance on setting minimum fees. By adhering to ICAI’s recommended benchmarks, the practitioners can ensure that their fees align with industry standards while accounting for the complexities involved in company and LLP work.

As a demonstration of its dedication to fortifying practitioners, the Committee for Members in Practice (CMP) of ICAI has taken the initiative to introduce a Revised Minimum Recommended Scale of Fees for professional assignments carried out by ICAI members. This recommendation pertains to the fees associated with the tasks performed in diverse professional assignments. Notably, the suggested fees have been delineated separately for cities categorized as Class A, Class B, and Class C.
