The shift in auditors has not been triggered by any disagreements on accounting practices, financial disclosures, or audit procedures between enCore and Davidson & Company.

enCore Energy is focused on providing clean, reliable, and affordable fuel for the nuclear energy sector. As the only U.S. uranium company with multiple Central Processing Plants in operation, enCore uses In-Situ Recovery (ISR) technology for uranium extraction.
