Technical Excellence

• Relevant experience as functional consultants/configurators (not users), within consulting/professional service firms/IT Majors/GCCs with exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP (FICO Module), Oracle Apps, MS Dynamics, Hyperion, Tableau/Spotfire/Qlikview etc
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and change management experience
• Deep understanding and experience of R2R process diagnostic, remediation and to-be design
• Understanding and exposure of well-known and widely used finance technology such as blackline, S4 Hana, BPC, BI/BW, Anaplan, Analytics etc.
• Basic to moderate understanding of accounting standards like IFRS, USGAAP etc.
• Good exposure with respect to R2R process like FSCP, Account reconciliation, Lease and fixed assets accounting etc.
• Proficient in drafting of accounting policies and process documents
• Basic to moderate exposure to financial planning, budgeting and forecasting (FP&A) process
