Responsibilities:
- Material Cost:
- Detail analysis of BOM on regular basis and its impact on product wise contribution margin
- In depth analysis of purchase cost for BOM items on regular basis and its impact on product wise contribution margin
- Detail analysis of forceful consumption, cost centre consumption, scrap, process loss, product wise yield etc

2. Conversion cost:
- Cost centre, Production unit and plant wise capacity utilisation
- Evaluation of off loading / In loading proposals
- Reduction in fixed cost / Improvement in productivity/ Analysis of rework cost
3. Inventory Management:
- Category wise inventory levels, Inventory turn over ratios etc.
- Non moving inventory of Finished goods, Direct Material and Indirect material
- Obsolete inventory and its impact on P&L
- Inventory carrying cost
