Finance Ministry notifies Relocation of DRT, Jabalpur to New Premises [Read Notification]

The Ministry of Finance has issued Notification No. S.O. 1108(E) dated March 6, 2025, announcing the relocation of the Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Jabalpur to a new address. This change, made under Section 3 of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993, will take effect from February 28, 2025 (Friday).

As per the notification, the tribunal, which was previously operating from 797-II, Shanti Kunj, South Civil Lines, Jabalpur (MP) – 482001, has been shifted to the 2nd & 3rd Floor, Sanchar Vikas Bhavan (BSNL Building), Near Head Post Office, Residency Road, Jabalpur – 482001, Madhya Pradesh.
