Finance Officer vacancy in Nagaland University

Nagaland University is inviting applications from interested candidates to fill the roles of various nonteaching positions. The last date of receipt of application is 14th September, 2020. The University will not be responsible for postal delay.

Nagaland University is a Central University established in the state of Nagaland by an Act of Parliament by the Government of India in 1989. It is headquartered at Lummi, Zunheboto. Two other permanent campuses are at Kohima (Merima) and Medziphema. Also, there is a temporary campus in Dimapur where B.Tech courses are offered. Altogether 66 colleges are affiliated to the University with a total student population of around 24,000.

• Finance Officer

No of Posts: 1

Qualification and Experience:

1. Master’s Degree with at least 55Yo of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed
2. At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the Academic Level II and above or with 8 years of service in the Academic Level 12 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration or
3. Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other Institutions of higher education, or
4. 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.

Age Limit: Should not be more than 56 years as on 14^th September, 2020

• Internal Audit Officer

Qualification and Experience:

1. Officers belonging to Audit and Accounts Services or other similar services:

Holding analogous posts on regular basis

OR with 3 years regular service in the Level 11 of the Pay Matrix OR with 5 years regular service in the Level l0 of the Pay Matrix

Age Limit: 45 years
