Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and regularly publish detailed financial reports with accompanying insights to keep GMs informed of P&L trends and performance to budget
  • Specific to the SRC, build weekly Orders & Sales Estimates and monthly M-Review templates to track FHS, HCA and National Accounts commercial performance by Region & Modality to better inform Value Delivery & Value Creation teams
  • Specific to Market Intelligence, create reporting to monitor Inside Sales and Indirect Channel Partner performance, develop External Commission Estimates & facilitate/support VC team payments to third parties
  • Stay informed of and adhere to the USCAN FP&A calendar to ensure all QMI and similar submissions are made timely and accurately with appropriate VPE analysis
  • Connect with GMs and their teams on a regular basis to drive financial leadership with a focus on target setting, cost efficiency, and estimate accuracy

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • This position is open to internal and external candidates
  • Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/MBA Finance
  • 4 - 8 years of progressive finance experience
  • Excellent analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
  • Strong PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications such as Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, etc. Strong Excel skills in data compilations and aggregation (pivot tables, Vlookup, etc)
  • Self-motivated, high energy individual
  • Working hours in shifts (between 10:00 am till 11:00 pm)

  • Clear thinking/problem solving: successfully led projects/process improvements within operations/finance functions; able to quickly grasp new ideas
  • Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations
  • Experience working in a global business environment with a sound understanding of the global process and transactional flows
  • Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment
