The McAfee has invited applications for the post of Financial Analyst – Remote.
Responsibilities:
- collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all operational and business process aspects of executing the company’s Market Development Funds are accomplished within the appropriate deadlines.
- managing MDF specific projects that support business, efficiency strategies and global scale efforts
- Process all MDF Claims after due diligence
- Resolve claims issues directly with sales and finance partners
- Deliver robust reporting to MDF users, approvers & management to enable improved decision making on MDF investments
- Create report and analysis of spend, recommend program changes, supporting tools and programs to enable Channel Market Managers with information to improve efficiency in MDF spend
- work with Accounting and Auditors, as needed.
- support the wider finance organization with ad-hoc reporting & analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred in a Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain Operations discipline or relevant work experience
- 3+ years experience or equivalent working within Business operations and/or sales organizations.
- Requires excellent attention to detail and strong influencing skills.
- You will need to be comfortable picking up new concepts rapidly with excellent verbal / written communication, collaboration and analytical skills.
Ability to work well within a diverse environment that spans all time zones, and willingness to travel if/when needed.- MS Office tools especially Excel and Access
