Job Role

• Responsible for generating timely and accurate Global daily balance sheet
• Review and ensure that the balance sheet positions are validated
• Responsible and supervise reconciliations and other key procedures as part of balance sheet production
• Establishing and maintaining an effective working relationship with stakeholders
• Supervising the respective team members to ensure the overall delivery meets the agreed SLAs and KRIs/KPIs and ensure optimum utilization of team
• Ensuring the compliance (Policies, Procedures & Controls) standards are met and managed i.e. up to date documentation of SOPs, KOPs Control/Risk assessments and enhancing the process to address the risks and ensure clean audit results from internal and external reviews
• Identifying and driving process improvements to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness through tactical and strategic tools. Able to keep pace with technology innovations mainly self-service tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, etc

Qualification

• university degree or equivalent qualification (preferably CA, CFA, MBA Finance or similar)
• at least 10+ years of Regulatory (Financial/Risk) Reporting experience with a deep understanding of (Invest Banking and/or Wealth Management) Product Types traded by the desk and process of valuation and its issues
• excellent communication and presentation skills
• an eye for details, Out of box thinking, ability to leverage technology and change the status quo to drive efficiency and value
