The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has announced that the form PAS-3 is available for filing in the V2 portal till 19th January 2023.
“Stakeholders please note that PAS-3 form will be available for filing purposes in V2 till 19th January 2023,” MCA said in a statement.
Purpose of the eForm is whenever a company makes any allotment of shares or securities, it is required to file a return of allotment in eForm PAS-3 to Registrar within thirty days of such allotment including the complete list of allotees to whom the securities have been issued.
On passing the resolution for allotment of shares, the allotment of shares must be done within 60 days of receiving the application money for the same. File the forms with ROC. The company must file the Form PAS -3, within 30 days from the allotment of the shares with the Registrar of Companies.
