Format for Annual Compliance Certificate for Insolvency Professional Agencies released [Read Circular]

Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India ( IBBI ) has issued a Circular to all the registered Insolvency Professional Agencies (IPAs) informing the release of Format of Annual Compliance Certificate. This format is stated to be devised after consulting many IPAs. Along with the interest of transparency and accountability the IBBI, with this Format, expects to facilitate its statutory duty of monitoring the performance and compliance of statutory requirements of the IPAs.

The IPAs are instructed to submit the Annual Compliance Certificate to the IBBI and display the same on its website within 45 days of the closure of the Financial Year.

For the Year 2017-2018, the IPAs are requested to submit the Annual Compliance Certificate to the IBBI and display the same on their respective websites by 15th May, 2018.
