Govt. appoints Dr. Anuradha Guru as ex-officio member in the IBBI to represent MCA [Read Notification]

The government has appointed Dr. Anuradha Guru as an ex-officio member of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) to represent the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

“In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 189 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. Anuradha Guru, Economic Adviser, Ministry of Corporate Affairs as ex-officio member in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India to represent the said Ministry in that Board,” the notification read.

Dr. Anuradha Guru is a Civil Servant, Executive Director, Executive Director of IBBI, Executive Director of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and Director (Financial Stability and Development Council).
