The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of the 3 officers to the posts of Member, Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) namely Mr. D.P. Nagendra Kumar, Mr.Balesh Kumar, and Mr. Rajiv Talwar.
Mr. D.P. Nagendra Kumar is an IRS (C&IT:1985), Principal Chief Commissioner, CGST, Bengaluru against the vacancy dated May 1, 2021.
Mr.Balesh Kumar is an IRS (C&IT:1987), Principal Director General, Directorate General of Revenue Intelligence, New Delhi against the vacancy dated September 1, 2021.
Mr. Rajiv Talwar, IRS (C&IT:1988), Chief Commissioner, Nhava Sheva, Customs Zone-Il, Mumbai against the vacancy dated September 1, 2021.
