The Delhi Government notified the Reconstitution of the Delhi Authority of Advance Ruling (AAR).
The Lt. Governor of Delhi in the exercise of powers conferred by section 96 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Delhi Act 03 of 2017), is pleased to reconstitute the Delhi Authority for Advance Ruling earlier constituted dated July 4, 2017, with effect from 27th July 2021.
The government notified Dr. Abhishek Chandra Gupta, Additional Commissioner of Central Taxes, Office of the Principal Chief Commissioner of Central Taxes, nominated by the Central Government as a member of the Central Government.
The notification appointed Dr. Franklin Laltinkhuma (IAS), Special Commissioner-I, DGST as the Member of State Government.
