The e-Way Bill and e-Invoice systems will be down for urgent maintenance on Friday, 8th March 2024 from 11:30 PM to 00:30 AM, a notice on the e-invoice portal alerted the taxpayers and stakeholders.
“This is to inform that there will be downtime of e-Way Bill and e-Invoice systems on Friday, 8th March 2024 from 11:30 PM to 00:30 AM of Saturday, 9th March 2024 ( 1 hour ) due to urgent maintenance activity. Hence, all the users of e-Waybill and e-Invoice systems are requested to make necessary arrangements accordingly. We regret the inconvenience caused due to the unavoidable maintenance work, we seek your cooperation for the same.”
In a recent announcement, GST authorities managing the e-Way Bill and e-Invoice systems have informed users of an upcoming temporary downtime for essential maintenance activities. The scheduled maintenance will take place on Friday, 8th March 2024, starting from 11:30 PM and lasting until 00:30 AM on Saturday, 9th March 2024, spanning a duration of one hour.
The temporary disruption in services is necessary to conduct urgent maintenance and enhance the overall functionality of the GST e-Way Bill and the Goods and Services Tax e-Invoice systems.
All stakeholders are strongly advised to plan and make necessary arrangements in advance to minimize any inconvenience during the specified downtime.
