The Haryana Government has notified the rules for application and processing of refund under the Haryana Goods and Service Tax ( GST ) Act.
The Government has amended the Haryana Goods and Service Tax Rules, 2018 in this regard.
The notification also inserts the provision for Consumer Welfare Fund. As per the Rules, the Government shall, by an order, constitute a Standing Committee with a Chairman, a Vice-Chairman, a Member Secretary and such other members as it may deem fit and the Committee shall make recommendations for proper utilization of the money credited to the Fund for the welfare of the consumers.
Forms GSTR-10 and GST DRC-07 have also notified along with the Rules.
