The GST portal is experiencing several glitches, causing significant challenges for taxpayers. Key issues include the inability to download DRC-01 Show Cause Notices (SCNs), preventing taxpayers from accessing compliance notices.

Additionally, users are unable to file GSTR-1 returns due to the portal’s failure to generate summaries, resulting in delays. Access to historical data has also been restricted, hindering audits and reconciliations.

The portal’s failure to process RFD-01 forms is disrupting refund claims, affecting business cash flow. Taxpayers are facing difficulties in responding to SCNs, risking compliance issues. Other concerns include inaccessibility of core field amendments and issues with GSTR-9 filing, where error reports are not generated even after extended waiting periods.
