Delhi
Goa
Gujarat
Haryana
Himachal Pradesh
Jharkhand
Karnataka
Kerala
Madhya Pradesh
Maharashtra
Odisha
Rajasthan
Tripura
Uttar Pradesh
With the latest addition of Jammu & Kashmir to the list, the nationwide tax compliance has been made easier by the government.
The absence of the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal is another issue yet to be effectively addressed by the government. However, with the appointment of the President, the tribunal is expected to come into life soon enough to act as an adjudicating body for taxpayer concerns.
