The Gujarat state government has revealed that it has taken action against 17,229 individuals who committed Goods and Services Tax (GST) fraud.

In response to a question by Congress MLA Imran Khedawala, the state government reported that there has been a 24.5% increase in GST revenues from 2021 to 2023.
