Gyaneshwar Kumar Singh appointed as Ex-officio Member in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India

The Ministry of Finance, last week notified the appointment of Gyaneshwar Kumar Singh , Joint Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs appointed as ex-officio member in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).

The Notification said that “The Government appoints Shri Gyaneshwar Kumar Singh, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs as ex-officio member in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India vice Shri Amardeep S. Bhatia, Joint Secretary.”

Gyaneshwar Kumar Singh, Indian Post & Telecommunication Accounts, and Finance Service (IP&TA&FS) of 1992 batch appointed Joint Secretary for the period of five years with effect from August 4, 2016.
