The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India ( ICAI ) has announced the examination dates for the Post-Qualification Diploma in Management and Business Finance ( DMBF ).
The exam, conducted under Regulation 204 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, is exclusively open to eligible ICAI members. The medium will be English only.

The examination dates are as follows:
| Paper 1 | 9th February 2025 |
| Paper 2 | 10th February 2025 |
| Paper 3 | 11th February 2025 |
The examination for the Post-Qualification Diploma in Management and Business Finance ( DMBF ) by ICAI will be conducted at various centers across India. The designated examination centers include Agra, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Ernakulam, Goa, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna, Pune, and Vijayawada. Candidates can select their preferred center while applying for the examination.
The examination will be conducted online in a Computer-Based Examination ( CBE ) mode at designated centers. The examination will take place from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM, spanning 2 hours. It will be held as per the schedule, including on public holidays.

Candidates must apply online at https://dmbf.icai.org between 6th January 2025 and 10th January 2025. The examination fee must be paid online using VISA, MASTER, or MAESTRO Credit/Debit Cards, Rupay Card, Net Banking, or Bhim UPI.
