ICAI notifies Examination Cities for Information Systems Audit Examination

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India ( ICAI ) has officially released the list of examination cities for the upcoming Information Systems Audit ( ISA ) Course Assessment Test, which follows the 3.0 syllabus. Scheduled for January 25, 2025, the assessment will be conducted from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM across various cities in India, ensuring accessibility for members nationwide.

This test is exclusively available to ICAI members who are already enrolled in the ISA course and meet the eligibility criteria.

The examination fee has been set at ₹2000, payable online via multiple modes such as VISA/Master/ Maestro credit or debit cards, Rupay cards, net banking, and BHIM UPI.

Examination Cities

The examination will be held in 48 cities across the country. Prominent centers include:

Delhi/New Delhi - Central hub for North India.

Maharashtra - Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Nashik, Thane, and Aurangabad.

Uttar Pradesh - Extensive coverage with nine centers including Allahabad, Lucknow, and Noida.

Karnataka - Bengaluru and Hubli.

Tamil Nadu - Chennai and Coimbatore.

Other States - Cities like Guwahati, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Jaipur, and Ernakulam ensure widespread geographic accessibility.

Registration Details

Eligible members can submit their applications online between December 12, 2024 and December 26, 2024, through the official ICAI portal at Institute of Chartered Accountants.

ICAI has also reminded the members of its authority to withdraw any examination center without prior notice.

The official notification stated, “The Council reserves the right to withdraw any centre at any stage without assigning any reason.  The above Test is open only to the Members of the Institute who are already registered with the Institute for the ISA course and fulfill the eligibility criteria laid down. The fee payable for the above Assessment Test is ₹  2000/-.

An application for admission to the Information Systems Audit ( ISA ) Course - Assessment Test is required to be made on-line at https://isaat.icaiexam.icai.org from 12th December 2024 to 26th December, 2024 and remit the examination fee of ₹ 2000/- on-line by using VISA or MASTER or MAESTRO Credit / Debit Card / Rupay Card / Net Banking / Bhim UPI.”
