ICAI notifies Panel for Scrutiny of Nominations for Bye-Election to Western India Regional Constituency

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has notified the Panel for the scrutiny of nominations for bye-election to the Twenty Fifth Council from Western India Regional Constituency to be held in September, 2022.

As per a notification issued by the Institute on Tuesday, the panel shall be composed of the following;

• CA. (Dr.) Jai Kumar Batra Returning Officer and Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
• Ms. Ritika Bhatia Director General (Commercial-II) Office of the Comptroller & Auditor General of India
• Shri Tharvinder Singh Deputy Secretary Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Shri Tharvinder Singh was nominated by Central Government in terms of Rule 12(2) of the Chartered Accountants (Election to the Council) Rules, 2006.
