The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI) vide notification no. 1-CA(7)/201A/2023 issued on 21st August 2023 has notified the rectification of errors in the Chartered Accountants (Amendment) Regulations, 2023.
In the Notification No.1-CA(7)/201/2023 dated 21st June, 2023 published in Part III- Section 4 of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary dated 22nd June, 2023 of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, certain errors were noticed in the English version. These errors as per details given below, are hereby rectified by way of this Corrigendum:-
1. Page 15-In Regulation 40A,
(a) In sub regulation (1), the clause (b) and clause (c) be read as clause (c) and clause (b) respectively.
(b) In clause (c) of sub-regulation (1), the word “advanced” is missing and the same be now read before the words “Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills”.

2. Page 17- In Regulation 51F, in sub-regulation (2), the word “online” is missing and the same be now read after the words “self-paced”.
