The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India ( ICAI ) under the Board of Studies has decided to conduct an ICAI Four Weeks Residential Programme on Professional Skills Development from November to December 2018.
There are separate programmes for women and men Chartered Accountants. for Women participants, the programme will be held from 25th November 2018 to 22nd December 2018 at Centre of Excellence, Hyderabad.
For Men participants, the programme will be started from 26th November 2018 to 23rd December 2018 at Centre of Excellence, Jaipur.
“This programme offers a unique opportunity and would focus on the development of communication skills, leadership skills, personal traits for effective functioning in business organization and profession. Keeping in view the basic emphasis of the programme on Development of Communication and Writing skills and also to imbibe confidence in the participants the content of the programme have been thoroughly revised. More emphasis is given on soft skills, developing personality trait and communication skills of the participants by allocating more time towards these topics,” ICAI said in a statement.
Only students who have passed the Chartered Accountancy/IPCC/ PCC/ PE-II examination and pursuing last year of articled training or completed Articleship training are invited to join the course. Recently qualified Chartered Accountants are also welcome to join the course.
A similar programme has been organized by the Board last May to June.
