The Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAI) of India owing to the 72nd Chartered Accountants Day is organizing its first virtual National CA Summit 2020 from 29 June to 1 July 2020. The theme of this year is “Transforming the Future: Enabling Excellence, Augmenting Trust”.
The 3-day summit has been divided into different sessions and is scheduled for afternoons. The Chief Guest of the function will be Hon’ble Speaker of Lok Sabha, Mr. Om Birla.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is a statutory body established by an Act of Parliament in the year 1949 for regulating the profession of Chartered Accountants in India. The ICAI has played a pivotal role in developing a resilient reporting framework for the sustained economic growth of the nation in the last seven decades. The accountancy profession has endeavored to bring in the best global practices and standards to put in place the robust financial reporting and assurance framework, inspiring trust and confidence amongst the stakeholders.
