The Corporate Laws Committee of the Institute of Costs Accountants of India (ICMAI) is conducting a Quiz on Corporate Law on the account of celebrating February 2021 as Corporate Law Month on all India basis.
The link of the quiz will be made available to the members or students who have registered in the above link on 22nd February 2021 (Monday) from 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm through their registered email ids (as provided during the registration for the quiz). The link for the quiz will be closed after 5:30 pm. All registered members/ students participating in the quiz will be required to complete the quiz within the allocated time only. The quiz will have a set of 40 questions to be answered in 30 minutes. The questions will be on the topics Companies Act, SEBI, Competition Act, FEMA etc. The winners will be declared during the Corporate Law Summit to be held on 26th February 2021 and the names of the winners will be published in the Corporate Laws Bulletin. To celebrate the occasion and generate awareness, various programs / seminars / webinars etc. are being organized by various chapters and regional councils in the area of corporate laws as part of this Corporate Law Month.
