ICSI June 2025 Exam Time Table: Here’s Full Schedule for CS Executive and Professional Students

The timetable evenly schedules exams over a ten-day period, including weekends, for students of both the Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022) and Professional Programme (Syllabus 2017 & 2022)

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India ( ICSI ) has released the timetable for the June 2025 session of the Company Secretaries ( CS ) Examinations. The exams are scheduled to commence on June 1, 2025, and will conclude on June 10, 2025, with a buffer period from June 11 to June 14, 2025, reserved to accommodate any unforeseen exigencies.

As per the notification, all examinations will be conducted in the morning session from 09:00 AM to 12:15 PM, with an additional 15-minute reading time allotted from 09:00 AM to 09:15 AM.

The timetable covers students under both the Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022) and the Professional Programme (Syllabus 2017 & 2022). The exams for both groups and modules have been allocated evenly over the ten-day period, including Saturdays and Sundays. Specifically, the examination on June 6 and June 10 will be an open book mode for specific elective subjects.

For Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022), the following timetable applicable:

1st June : Jurisprudence, Interpretation and General Laws (Group 1 )

2nd June : Capital Market and Securities Laws (Group 2 )

3rd June : Company Law and Practice (Group 1 )

4th June: Economic, Commercial and Intellectual Property Laws (Group 2 )

5th June: Setting Up of Business, Industrial and Labour Laws (Group 1 )

6th June: Tax Laws and Practice (Group 2 )

8th June : Corporate Accounting and Financial Management (Group 1)

For Professional Programme (Syllabus 2017), the following timetable applicable:

8th June : Drafting, Pleadings and Appearances (Module 1)

9th June : Resolution of Corporate Disputes, Non-Compliances and Remedies (Module 2)

10th June : Elective 1 out of below 5 subjects [Open Book Exam.] (Module 3)

  • Intellectual Property Rights – Laws and Practices
  • Labour Laws and Practice
  • Insolvency – Law and Practice

1st June: Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) – Principles and Practice (Group 1)

2nd June: Strategic Management and Corporate Finance  (Group 2)

3rd June: Drafting, Pleadings and Appearances  (Group 1)

4th June: Corporate Restructuring, Valuation and Insolvency  (Group 2)

5th June: Compliance Management, Audit and Due Diligence  (Group 1)

  • Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics and Cyber Security – Laws and Practice

The candidates are advised to thoroughly go through the timetable and prepare accordingly. The Institute stresses rigid adherence to examination timing and has warned that any updates or changes on account of exigencies will be notified in due course. Students should also monitor hall ticket releases and subsequent instructions on the ICSI portal.
