The Company Secretary(CS) Examination will be held in December 2023, and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has issued the schedule for it. The examination is set to start on December 21 and finish on December 30, 2023 from 2:00pm to 5:00 pm.
The ICSI published the schedule for the CS executive under both the 2017 syllabus and 2022 syllabus. However, the CS Professional programme is still under the syllabus of 2017. The executive programme examination will be conducted under different syllabus on the same date and time.

Recently, addressing the professionals, Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) extended the last date for obtaining the mandatory Continuous Professional Education (CPE) Credits for the Year 2022-23 till June 2023.

The ICSI CS Exam schedule is currently available for review and download by candidates who have registered and have begun studying for the CS Examination in December 2023.
The candidates who have registered for the executive programme under the old 2017 syllabus may follow the same, however, if the students registered under the new 2022 syllabus may prepare according to the new syllabus.
It is advised to follow the instructions and updated duly served by the ICSI through their official website.
