The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has submitted the list of pending issues in the MCA-2 V3 Portal on behalf of all Stakeholders as requested by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). The institute has listed 45 concerns in total which includes both resolved and unresolved with resolutions.
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, representing professionals and stakeholders, expressed its appreciation to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and its officers for their proactive efforts in addressing the issues and difficulties encountered during the transition from MCA-21 V2 to Version 3 of the portal.
Upon the Ministry’s request, the Institute had conveyed the issues and obstacles faced by professionals when submitting forms on the MCA 21 V3 portal. The ICSI sincerely appreciated the Ministry for taking the feedback into account and making earnest efforts to address these concerns effectively.
Moreover, following the Ministry’s guidance, ICSI has conducted a final status assessment to identify any outstanding issues that have not yet been resolved. The ICSI has listed 45 issues mentioning whether it is resolved or not, the ticket number and mobile number. Also, it had provided the resolution too.
