The Income Tax department has invited applications from advocates for the post of Special Public Prosecutors to represent the Income Tax Department before Courts of Session and its subordinate Courts in Ludhiana; revision of their schedule of fees and related matters.
Applications are invited from practicing advocates, having experience in criminal matters, for engagement as -Special Public Prosecutors (SPPs) to represent the Income Tax Department before the Courts of Sessions and its Subordinate Courts in District of Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Kapurthula, Patiala, Fatehgarh Sahib, Sangrur, Moga, Hoshiarpur, Nawanshahar & Barnala in Punjab in Prosecution cases.
Advocates, who are enrolled as members of the State Bar Council and have sufficient experience in dealing with criminal matters are invited to apply. Preference would be given to advocates having’ experience in dealing with Income Tax / Direct Tax matters.
