The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially announced the date of declaration of results of the Chartered Accountants Intermediate and Foundation Examinations held in January 2025.
The ICAI, a statutory body established by an Act of Parliament, conducts the CA examinations at regular intervals and is the key statutory body involved in the regulation of the Chartered Accountancy profession in India.

The Foundation exam is the entry-level test for aspiring CAs, assessing their fundamental knowledge in subjects like accounting, business laws, and quantitative aptitude. It serves as a gateway for candidates who have completed their 12th-grade education.
The Intermediate exam is the second stage, designed for those who have cleared the Foundation level or hold an eligible graduate qualification. The Intermediate exam delves deeper into accounting principles, taxation, corporate laws, and financial management, equipping candidates with the necessary expertise to advance to the final stage of the CA qualification process.

The exam results are set to be released on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. Candidates who appeared for the exam shall be able to access their results through the official website of ICAI (icai.nic.in).
To check their results, candidates will be required to enter their Registration Number along with their Roll Number.

The announcement was made by Anand Kumar Chaturvedi, Joint Secretary (Exams), ICAI. This declaration has brought anticipation among thousands of students awaiting their performance outcomes.
With the date of results officially announced, all candidates are advised to keep their credentials handy to access their results. The ICAI website is slated to experience very high traffic on the D-day hence candidates are advised to be patient while checking their results. All the best!
