The TANCEM, a wholly owned Government of Tamilnadu undertaking established for production of cement and cement based products and primarily cater to the needs of Government departments.

- Manager (Marketing)-01 post
Education Qualification: MBA (Marketing) from any B-School or a reputed institution. Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in the field of marketing preferably in cement industry with 5 years of service in managerial position.
- Deputy Manager (Marketing)-03 posts
Education Qualification: MBA (Marketing) from any B-School or a reputed institution. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of marketing preferably in cement industry with 5 years of service in middle managerial position.
- Assistant Manager (Marketing)-03 posts
Education Qualification: MBA (Marketing) from a reputed institute.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of marketing preferably in cement industry with 3 years of service in junior managerial position.
- Manager (Finance)-01 posts
Education Qualification: CA (Final)/CMA (Final) (Preference to candidates possessing additional qualification of CS)
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with proven track record on costing, budgeting taxation and finalization of accounts.
