Qualifications

• B. Com, MBA Invoice processing & billing systems (SAP, oracle, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Accounts receivable
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Basic excel and financial reporting.
• Aging report analysis
• Dispute resolution tracking.
• Cash flow and DSO monitoring.

• Billing and collections specialist: need to engage with Engagement managers and Partner’s.

• Managed end-to-end billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing in line with client contracts and engagement terms.

• Collaborated closely with engagement managers and engagement partners to align billing schedules with project milestones.

• Monitored accounts receivable, followed up on outstanding collections and provided regular status updates to leadership.

• Resolved client billing issues by coordinating across finance and delivery teams to ensure smooth cash flow.
