Adani invited applications for the post of Site Finance Controller.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely payments to all vendors and for that ensure process awareness within the Campus.
• Creation and migration of new Company in SAP, time to time structure changes and awareness to user regarding SAP Structure. Ensure proper cost booking.
• Ensure timely collections from customers.
• Ensure timely release of PR and SES.
• Fixed asset management and physical verification.
• Manage the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for the data center Campus, and ensure alignment with the organizational goals and objectives. Provide required support / data to HO FP&A team.
• Ensure to provide all input on timely basis for Month closure activities. Ensure good quality of book hygiene.
• Monitor and analyze the financial performance and profitability of the data center and provide regular feedback and recommendations to the management team.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls and risk management policies, and ensure adherence to the local, state and central tax laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities, and resolve any issues or queries related to the financial and accounting matters of the Campus.
• Provide financial advice and support to the data center management and staff, and facilitate the decision-making process based on the financial data and analysis.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and optimize the use of financial resources and assets
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence which lead to timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant / Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
• Sector experience – Data center or infrastructure or enterprise business.
• Experience - 8 to 11 years post qualification
• Have a depth knowledge of integrated ERP system (SAP desirable) and internal processes. Experience of working in a start-up environment is preferable.
