Educational Qualification:

· Inter CA or BCom/MBA and 1+ years of experience in Finance and AR process.

· Experience working within a start-up environment is highly desirable

· Knowledge of Financials and basic understanding of MIS.

· Basic knowledge of taxation such as GST, Income Tax, Financial reporting and data mining tools such as Oracle, Finly, Navision, Tally, etc.

· Knowledge of statutory and tax audits is desirable.

· Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.

Job responsibilities:

· Responsible for MIS, accounting, and handling respective line items of P&L reporting and bringing in automations wherever required.

· Perform variance analysis for revenue and expenses and identify the reasons for variance.

· Prepare audit schedules, aging, financial disclosures and reporting to stakeholders on a timely basis.

· Assist in Implementation of internal financial control and accounting policies.

· Responsible for improving/ implementing processes by having a good understanding of the business and a good understanding of underlying data

· Co-ordination on Due diligence, internal audit and statutory audit assignments.

· Responsible for managing account receivables and coordinating with various stakeholders.
