• MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent qualification.

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of financial modelling and dashboards.

• Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle, Zoho Books).

MIS Reporting

• Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS dashboards covering P&L, cost analysis, revenue tracking, and service line profitability.

• Consolidate reports across departments and geographies for leadership review.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist in preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and variance analysis vs. actuals.

• Track cost allocations, headcount budgets, and key performance metrics.

Revenue & Cost Tracking

• Support revenue assurance by working closely with delivery and sales teams on billing cycles, client contracts, and milestones.

• Track project-wise margins, resource utilization, and service profitability.

Business Decision Support

• Analyze financial and operational data to support pricing, staffing models, and cost optimization initiatives.

• Highlight key trends, risks, and actionable insights for business reviews.

Compliance & Audit Readiness

• Ensure financial documentation and records are audit-ready and in compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

• Support external and internal audits with relevant MIS and reconciliations.
