Deloitte invited applications for the post of Executive, As a Senior Executive in our Restructuring Services / Corporate Finance Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and managing client transactions from inception to completion. The candidate should have a strong background in financial analysis, preparing pitches & collaterals, diligence management, and client & stakeholder management, with a strong desire to build and grow the practice.

Qualifications

• CA / MBA in Finance.
• Strong report writing and reviewing skills, with an appropriate focus on attention to detail, conciseness and risk management.
• Strong commercial acumen and market awareness
• Good understanding of transaction documents
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Responsibilities:

Origination Support:

· Collaborate with cross functional teams in ideation and origination of transactions and engagements.

· Conduct industry research and financial analysis to identify potential transaction and engagement opportunities.

· Preparation of pitches and proposals to secure new business and build a strong pipeline.

Engagement Support:

· Prepare marketing materials including teasers and other presentations related to client meetings.

· Support in transaction processes and deliverables including marketing & maintaining various engagement trackers.

· Assist team in preparation for various meetings with clients/potential investors like pre-read documents, minutes of meetings and follow up on agreed action items in meetings.

· Conduct in-depth research on potential investors including financial analysis.
