CA, MBA Vacancy at JP Morgan Chase

JP Morgan Chase invited applications for the post of Capital Reporting- Vice President, As a VP - within the EMEA Legal Entity Controllers Controls team, you will play a key role in preparing/reviewing Regulatory Returns to the PRA /ECB.

Qualifications

· Chartered Accountant/ MBA, experience preferably in Regulatory Reporting / Capital

· Review and sign off on Capital Returns to be submitted to the regulators

· Review and sign off on Capital Adequacy Reporting

· Provide career pathing support to the team and able to troubleshoot add provide guidance to the team.

· Ability to Lead and Partner across teams on locally driven initiatives

Responsibilities:

· Manage monthly, quarterly and biannual returns for the following solo regulated entities and their associated UK consolidation groups: JPMorgan Securities Plc (JPMS Plc), JP Morgan Europe Limited (JPMEL) and JPMorgan Markets Limited (JPMML).

· Daily monitoring and preparation of capital adequacy and large exposures reports for the above entities.

· Interpretation of the Regulatory rules which forms the basis of PRA/ECB reporting and providing regulatory guidance to the business.

· Partner and supporting other Finance areas with other reporting requirements (e.g. recovery and resolution, ICAAP).
