Deloitte invited applications for the post of Finance Operate, This role will focus on the various processes in the finance life cycle, such as FAR, FPA, PA, PR includes the preparation of management reports, Financial Analysis, consolidation of business unit (BU) submissions, and providing in-depth analysis to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and analytical skills, with experience in management reporting systems.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, CMA
• Knowledge of financial reconciliations and reporting processes.
• Experience in Financial Accounting & reporting OR Financial Planning & Analysis OR Project Accounting & Reporting.

Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting:

• Intercompany Activities, Record intercompany transactions, ensuring proper elimination and reconciliation in line with accounting policies
• Accounting & Reporting, Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure financial reports are completed on time.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies between the company’s bank accounts and financial records.
• Perform BS Account reconciliations
• Generate and analyze financial reports to provide key insights into the company’s financial health.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Management Reporting & Analysis Analyst to join our Finance team.
• This role will focus on the preparation of management reports, consolidation of business unit (BU) submissions, and providing in-depth analysis to support decision-making processes.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and analytical skills, with experience in management reporting systems, Management reporting preparation & analysis:,

Project Accounting & Reporting:

• Execute IFCA (Integrated Financial and Cost Accounting) transactions with timely and precise system entries.
• Prepare and review financial reports for data accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with project teams to address financial queries and provide necessary data.
• Identify and implement improvements in Project Accounting Reporting processes.
