Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Own and drive Oracle Cloud/ERP sales for the domestic market (India region).
- Identify, qualify, and convert high-value opportunities across priority industry sectors.
- Lead client conversations, executive pitches, and pursuit strategies.
- Build strong CXO-level relationships.
Pre-Sales & Solutioning
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Design scalable, industry-aligned solutions with clear value propositions.
- Oversee RFP responses, estimations, deal shaping, solution decks, and demos.
Delivery Leadership
- Oversee multi-module Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
- Ensure delivery governance, risk management, and client satisfaction.
- Guide project leaders, architects, and cross-functional teams for high-quality execution.
- Resolve escalations, align delivery with contracted scope, and ensure successful go-lives.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 18+ years of total experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Strong exposure to domestic Indian market .
- Proven experience in sales, pre-sales, and solution architecture for large transformation deals.
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle ERP modules — multi-cloud experience preferred.
- Strong delivery leadership exposure with ability to handle large multi-year programs.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, CXOs, and enterprise clients.
- Strong communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to lead teams, influence outcomes, and drive practice growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BE/B.Tech/MBA/CA or equivalent.
- Oracle Cloud certifications preferred.
- Prior consulting experience with Big 4 or large SI (highly desirable).
