Responsibilities:

· Expert in the area of Product / Standard Costing system.

· Support in Annual Conversion activity.

· Preparation of files required for Monthly Material Recovery and its analysis.

· Audit related compliance, liasoning with auditors as and when required.

· Support in preaparation of Costing schedules required yearly Quarterly & Statutory Audit

· Inventory working and its analysis along with various actionable as well as exceptional MIS including Number of days to all the stakeholders on a monthly basis.

· Analysis of Model cost rollup for major models on monthly basis and for all models in Opening, Budget and Audit Cost Roll up as well as Variance Analysis every month.

· Providing various types of support to Operations/SCM team from Material accounting point of view.

· Preparation of Cost Sheets and independently able to handle cost audit.

· Various cost saving validations of Direct as well as Indirect Material.

· Support in preparation of Material Budget on yearly basis.

· Perpetual Inventory related MIS and participation in stock count on Shop Floor.

· Co-ordination & participation during physical stock count with Auditors in Direct & Indirect Material Physical Inventory & Its variance reporting along with Trend Analysis and reasons for Excess-Shortage.

· Support in Digital initiatives for better and faster MIS and control.

· Undertaking various kinds of Process Audit in the field of Material Accounting.
