Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

· Strong working knowledge of direct and indirect taxation.

· In-depth understanding of accounting standards.

· Experience in budget vs. variance analysis will be a plus.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

· Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.

· Experience managing a team of 3–4 members are preferred.

· Prior exposure to MNC manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
