Deloitte invited applications for the post of Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounting and reporting for large real estate portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, German GAAP, and French GAAP.
• Manage consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Partner with client teams to address complex accounting issues related to real estate transactions.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization across reporting functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
• 7–10 years of post-qualification experience in real estate accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, German GAAP, and French GAAP.
• Experience working with large global companies in the financial reporting domain.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in shared services or global delivery models.
• Strong understanding of real estate valuation, lease accounting, and investment structures.
• Expertise in change management and transition of processes from onshore to offshore.
